This year is totally different.. They full yenagoa dey do there business ..

The answer is very simple.

There will be low voter turnout on Saturday because a lot of people will have difficulty cashwise going to their polling unit.

Those Northerners read money to make those trips so with no cash available they are staying back. This will also affect other tribes not just northerners
