I just listened to Victor Aluko who is the INEC director of voter education. The man does not sound cerebral in any away.
Seun Okinbaloye of Channels TV asked him about the PVCs that were discovered in the forest in Nnewi, Anambra state by a hunter, hear his response "Oh..hunters should be discovering animals and not PVCs, we are in possession of all PVCs not collected, the videos of people sorting out the PVC in Nnewi is fake"

I was dumbfounded and asked myself, "how the hell did this man become an INEC official?". How can an INEC official trivialize the dumping of PVCs in the forests by members of his organization?
