NW states
Sokoto
As things stand,  this is the state where the APC is likely to get the most votes in the entire NW region. And that's due to the influence of the Sarkin Yamman of Sokoto himself, Alh. Magatakarda Wamakko, who is a formidable grassroots mobilizer. I'm giving APC 40% PDP 55%

Katsina
Katsina promises to be an interesting one. This is because, perhaps, in all of the NW states, nowhere is the APC more hated and vilified than in Katsina. Reason being...well your guess is as good as mine. So I give PDP 67% APC 23%


Kano. Here Kwankwaso is Lord and Master. He's simply untouchable, so I give NNPP 55% PDP 24% APC 20%. The reason Kwankwaso will not get more than 60 percent of the votes is that there are quite a few adherents of the keankwasiyya movement who do not believe Kwankwaso can win the election and would rather vote Atiku instead of wasting their votes on their liege.

Kaduna. In Kaduna, El Rufai is just as useless as the 'El' in his name. PDP have got this one in the bag already, even before the election commences. And as the saying goes, whatever enters a native doctor's bag never comes out.
PDP 65%  APC 30% . Obidients can forget Kaduna. LP  votes in Kaduna will not even be enough to buy a single roasted corn

Zamfara. The APC is badly divided in Zamfara coupled with the governor being a member of the PDP. I must say that here the outlook is quite gloomy for the ruling party. PDP 60% APC 30%

Jigawa PDP 70% APC 29%. This is where Atiku is poised to have the most votes in the NW

Kebbi PDP 60% APC 34%

NB I have not assigned any percentage points to  LP and other mushroom parties. This is because they will get less than 10% of the votes with the exception of Kano and Kaduna states.


North East Atiku will win this convincingly,  Borno is the only state in NE that APC stands a chance at winning. And even then it will only be by a slim margin.

South West  APC wins this convincingly. PDP will get 25-30 percent in all SW states.

South South LP wins this but the PDP will put up a very strong show because this is a traditional PDP enclave, this is the region with the most PDP governors in the country. I say LP 50% PDP 40% APC 10 %

South East LP 75%. Both APC and PDP will struggle to get 25% in the SE. Although LP will get more than 70% in this region, but as usual, there's likely to be voter apathy resulting in a low turnout. 50% of 10,000 is greater than 80% of 5000.

North Central  APC wins Kogi, Niger, Nassarawa and Kwara but PDP gets at least 40%. Benue and Plateau  will be won by PDP with LP coming second.

Tinubu has a fighting chance in North West and bigger chance in North East but Atiku doesn't have a chance in the South West. South East na war. South-South na war.
