What is the relationship between cashless policy and vote buying? In the President broadcast, he promised free, fair and credible election. Looking at his antecedents, can we say President Muhammadu B uhari can keep to this? THE NEW SYSTEM OF VOTE IS THROUGH THE POINT OF SALE (POS), if cash fails. He has promised alot but nothing to show for it (my opinion), will this be different? Is the President and his team SMART ENOUGH to outsmart THE CORRUPT SYSTEM? |

What I understood by those naira scarcity is so no polician will bribe anyone to vote them with money |

Lol How many northerners have active bank account? Even Southerners will collect your money and still vote their conscience. No mobile phone allowed within the voting cubicle. So,vote buying has been defeated by more than 95% |
