It's a shame that all the hype by inec on how prepared they were for the election is just noise. The time is. 9:41 and inec officials are nowhere to be seen, most people have already come and gone and names of first comers have been written down by patriotic NIGERIANS, so as to fast track the accreditation process when inec finally arrived.
