Why are INEC officials and materials not arriving early enough in many polling units in the eastern region which happens to be Peter Obi stronghold. Many voters have been complaining and it's beginning to look like some sort of systematic rigging. INEC chairman should do something urgent about this.

It is like that every where not only in the east. Shettima returned home when INEC refused to report at the polling unit. He had to come back later.
