Truly INEC really performed below expectation with regards to result upload.

I guess they were overwhelmed with the National election because this is the first time they will be overloading their Irev portal.

Nigeria is too complex with the way it is structured.

This election to me has been extremely free and fair in most states and we recorded low violence generally compared to other elections.

However, I still don't know why INEC portal flopped. I won't conclude it is because of rigging outrightly, but I will just wait a while to get more info.

It might be possible. It is as tho someone willingly load it to affect the server efficiency.

Or maybe INEC infrastructure no get enough size to accept all those number of images simultaneously across the counry. Someone within INEC might have embezzled the money they gave them to have a good server.

I don't believe Buhari will rig election for anyone. He does not have that character.

I don't believe Bubu will rig anyhing. However, INEC is very suspicious, i do not understand why INEC was starting elections 5hrs late and without adequate materials in many places.
