I'm using MTN 3GB NIGHT PLAN (9PM -6AM) but for a week now, anytime i connect, my browser goes to Bleep.yyy.zz
I called the customer care about a week ago and she told me their engineers are working on it.
My amazement is this, will it take more than a week to fix this or they are actually expecting my validity to expire so that i can subscribe for a new one?
I'm finally fed up with the way these people are ripping us off, and they say they are celebrating 10yrs!

Thank God o! I thought it was only me that was experiencing this.

Thank God i have been delivered from MTN. I usually subscribe for the monthly mobile 100mb at N1000. My megabytes were exhausted one day and i had to do an emergency subscription for 10mb at N100. before i could connect to the internet i got a text from MTN that my 10mb were exhausted. i thot it was network wahala. i called customercare after staying on the line for 19mins only to be told that they cant find my record hence cannot confirm my complain. My annoyance wasnt the N100, but why would i not get a service i paid for. Two days later they told me their record showed my megabytes were exhausted. I asked them to breakdown my usage of the 10mb. They couldnt. I disturbed life out of them by sending them mails everyday to customercare. I guess they got tired of me and MTN refunded my N100. I was surprised they did that. I have made up my mind to leave MTN alone. i only receive calls with my MTN line.

I thought I was the only one too. And the customer care keeps asking irrelevant questions. I should have just kept my 2,500. Anyway, they have helped me with my decision to bid MTN farewell. Wish them all the best on their 10th anniversary.

Mine didnt go too.
First i had N44 and they said i have insufficient credit. what pained me most was that i was stranded when this nonsense reached me.
Second, i cant browse a byte. the data plan i did (100MB), i havent used shishi yet 1 week has passed by.
I don tire for them,
