It's not compulsory to win Fct but it's compulsory to get 25% in Fct which Tinubu couldnt get

The headline is different from the body

The constitution says you must get 25% to be declared winner. It never said you must win FCT

Read through. FCT should be treated as a State. This make the states 37 instead of 36. This means that you need to have 2/3 of 37 states which is equivalent to 24.
This Asiwaju has met the having 25% in 25 states.
Having 25% in FCT is not compulsory.
