If you are instructed in an exam to " answer question 1 and any other 3 questions" will you dare replace question 1 with another question? you will simply loose the total mark of the compulsory question.

I saw that thing o. From my own understanding, BAT cannot meet the criteria as he has less than 25 per cent in the FCT. But you know... The lawmakers have their own views about all these things.
