Job description
Identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients, and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.
Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
Communicate new service developments to prospective clients.
Follow up on new business opportunities and set up meetings
Planning and preparing presentations
Overseeing the development of marketing literature
Writing reports
Providing management with feedback
Develop quotes and proposals for prospective clients
Set goals for the business development team and develop strategies to meet those goals
Drive business growth in value and volume
Training and performance management of business development staff
Relationship management of new and existing clients
Delivering the company’s sales target in outsourcing and other group functions as may apply

Qualification
B.Sc from an accredited university
Master’s degree as an added advantage
Relevant certification in sales and marketing
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in sales and marketing
