This is the time to build the structure of labour party against 2027. If we had labour party governors in Edo and rivers State and LGA chairmen, we won't be bullied like we were in the just concluded election.


I am from Edo and I have plans to run for any office at all just to hold it for labour party and most preferably LGA chairman or state house of Assembly. Who have an idea his much the form cost and process involved. Suggestions needed urgently!!!

If Peter Obi eventually loses in the court, he will likely move on from LP.
If he doesnt move on, LP will have to build structure as it cannot depend on the aura of Peter Obi to succeed.

Dont let any one fool you, lack of structure cost LP a lot of votes.

Funding is key in success of any organization, does LP have the funding? Again, you cant keep relying on the aura of Peter Obi.

LP in Edo state, depends on if they win the State assembly elections on 11th march and governorship election next year. Remember, Adams Osiomole won Edo as LP candidate, there should still be some LP loyalist from back then who can help secure Edo for LP

LP should consolidate as a strong regional party and then build bridges and form alliances with North Central; North East and North West, or else, they wont do as well as they did this time.

Most of you against Lagos are non yorubas
I don't know why you all are not concerned about your state, Lagos is your problem. And it's doing better than your state by far not even your governor can match anybody that have govern Lagos in terms of development and economy,

I will advice you all to put effort in your state it will help everyone in the long run. Lagos na just one state in Nigeria focus on your state simple.

The yorubas you all have right to support who ever you like but I will advice you nobody likes Lagos development than their state, Don't support what will cost you your pride.


ADVANTAGE OF LAGOS/FG BEEN RUN BY SAME PARTY.

Buhari government show us sege but Lagos was able to achieve and get approval of what they beg FG for under another party.

Examples are the approval for the right of way for the red line railway in Lagos which start from Marina to alagbado. (2) the approval for Lekki sea port. (3) the approval for Lekki airport. (4) the construction of apapa oworoshoki expressway by FG. (4) the construction of Lagos Ibadan expressway.
(5) construction of Lagos Ibadan railway. Etc

Lagos just develop another 30 years plan
Most of it can only be accomplished by getting approval from FG because the constitution rest the power on FG. if you allow this non yorubas to mislead you na you lose because they will go back to their region and they will be happy that you fail. Nobody can love you more than they love themselves and they can't give what they don't have. On a normal day na Yoruba suppose they tell other region how to govern not them telling you because all your state is far better than their region. Tell them to face their region. SW is more organize than any region in Nigeria. I will give you examples.
(1) in SW you have DAWN( Development agenda of western Nigeria) own by all state in SW. They plan the development of the region.
(2) ODUDUWA INVESTMENT: this is also own by all SW state to have investment in different sectors.
(3) AMOTEKUN: this is also SW regional police department to checkmate insecurity in the region.

Now think which region has any of this or United about development as the SW, you are far better/superior to them in every aspect.
Vote for the person that will move development in SW state don't ever vote who they choose to govern your state for you. If they're so good in choosing leader let them start with their state and region first.

When Buhari won 2015 Presidential election , Nigerians celebrated because Nigerians all wanted Goodluck they was genuine votes.
But this 2023 Tinubu acclaimed to have won by INEC , Nigerians from North to South are in sober mood.
Meaning they is a missing link all over Nigeria.

Many fool's are saying Tinubu won by rigging.
That's arrant nonsense.
I mean look at it these ways:
PDP is not a newcomer and the know the terrain and machinery to rigged any election-they have been doing this for years-so it beats me how they can allow a relatively newbie like APC to keep trouncing them for eight years now.
The margin is another issue. No matter how APC is good at rigging they can never be so goof to the tune over 2 millions in just a day... Yes there were pockets of rigging, violence, destroyed ballot papers here and there but I don't think it can be close to a million not to talk of two.
There were lot of international observers on ground and you couldn't certainly get away with such irregularities without them knowing.
This election show that the youth has to provide credible personality to call messiah not a checkered personality like Obi.
I know this and I know peace. That's why I stay away from any electoral activities since Buhari's first tenure.
Inspite of all these I wish Tinubu best of days in Aso Rock. May he be able to sail Nigeria away from our current quagmire.

Tinubu was defeated in Lagos, Osun, Katsina and Kano.
All these place are his strongholds. These results are testament to the credibility of the election. If he rigged the election he won't lose in those areas

You celebrated his defeats in all those places and you still tell us the election was rigged.

Igbos are their victim mentality. They the greatest bigots in Nigeria and they're the ones that cry the most.
All candidates shared votes in their region except Peter Obi. He won all states in SE and got over 90% votes. We saw what Igbos did to the few people that voted ApC in the East but they're quick to shout " MC Oluomo!"
