First- I want to say to Obi's presidency is not really our first mandate, rather a reponsible electoral system where individual choice is protected and respected. So Obi should do his things as expected, while we do ours.

2015 Election, we all kept quiet as the supposed winner was the popular in the north.

2019 Election , we felt lets just allow the dangerous old man go.

2023, again is now rigged, and we have an anothe 4 years of incoherence and misdirection for another four years. While youths in other countries are consolidating for the future, we are stuck with japaing.

Power is taken never given. Hence we must do something to protect our power to decide who rules. If we do not , then in just another decade, Thugs and criminals will be openly proclaiming themselves feudal Lords across Nigeria. There sons are already telling us they own Nigeria, not the people.

However, we must not be violent, it will only lead to interface with thugs, that will kill our purpose.

What do we do?

Lets use the courts in a way that is unprecedental, and will leave an indelible warning mark on Nigeria's political landscape.

How?
Labour Party must pass through the electoral tribunal, before heading to high courts. We all know those tribunals are cash and carry, and are used to buy time for eldction theives to be sworn in.

We as mere citizens are not required to apporach the electoral tribunal. So lets form groups at the level of polling units and sue these two-
1. The electoral officers of the polling unit
2. INEC
We must not sue them for electoral offence, but for forgery, a criminal offence. So we do not get into electoral judicary trap.

We must focus on the polling unit electoral officers, who must provide a genuine explanation for the mutilation of electoral result sheets found on inec servers or the replacement of electoral sheets with fabrication as against unmutilated copies, and testimonies of people who voted at the unit.

Labour party must provide freely possibly online copies of the original electoral sheets before mutilation.

We must also ask the court to permit us to serve the electoral officer through inec. Otherwise we do not know their addresses.
If we open at least 10,000 cases polling unit by polling unit, for inec, APC and the forging electoral officer, they cannot influence even half of them.
This way, we will provide rulings that will force higher courts to cancel the election. The accumulation of forgery rulings by lower courts cannot be igbored by the supreme court.


Even if we do not cancel the election, some electoral officers will be convicted, and we would have provided precidents that will make anybody participating as electoral officer to think twice about the worth of 100 usd before disenfranchising hundreds of people of their right to choose.
Obidient Lawyers should give more lights on how we can approach the courts as citizens against forgery. And how we can create an organised system of voluteering obidient lawyers.
