The Oppositions Relied On INEC Results To Collate The Votes by helinues: 10:17am On Mar 03, 2023 |
Apart from both Pdp and LP are not well prepared for this election, they didn't also have standard structure for collating results nationwide. They relied on the results that would be transmitted on the Inec portal. Both parties are claiming of winning without telling us what figure they arrived at at their party tallying centre. How would a party with no agent at a polling unit claim of rigging? Who will swear the oath on the affidavit? 3 Likes |

That's why they're going to court. Let's hear them out instead of coming to social media to display insecurities about the possibility of unseating INEC's rigged presidential winner 3 Likes |

Both parties Walking out of the national collation center is another not well thought out move. They are yet to show nigerians any discrepancies in the figures announced by inec. Maybe they are reserving that for the tribunal. 3 Likes |

Hashabiah: They should head to court... What would their plea be? Cancellation of all the election? Re run in some area? When you consider the vote different between Tinubu and Obi and the 25% spread, Obi/LP are technically out from the petition. As for Atiku, his affidavit must contain clear evidence of rigging or over voting not the claim of one server in Jupiter and the votes difference in those area must be above the margin votes of 1m+, anything outside what's in your affidavit won't be entertained by court. Nothing much to be expected 4 Likes |

Svoboda: Dino was like Opaque 4, A.k.a Cherrera 4, they want to subvert the will of Nigerian voters.. That act alone is a national disgrace. Dino should be questioned 1 Like |

helinues:That's your own shallow opinion. Let's wait from the courts first . That way, we'll know whose affidavit will be entertained or not |

Stop panting and let the case have a good day in court. The Labour party is already gathering evidence to win their case in court. You shouldn't be relying on nairaland to get information. Go to Twitter and see the efforts Labour party is making to make sure Tinubu does not smell Aso Rock 6 Likes 1 Share |

Hashabiah: Lol We explained even more better to you guys before the election that Tinubu's presidency is unstoppable but una talk say na lie, same way we dey tell una say make una go court, we go give una down down Y, up up run The committee which Tinubu is trying to set up for reconciliation is not about afraid of going to court, he is only setting a good foundation of how his presidency would look like, everything no be gra gra. Meanwhile, a tenant who took his landlord to court must have gotten another apartment somewhere.... 1 Like |

Hashabiah: People think low of others in this nation. Just imagine what the op wrote. But inec said LP had 134,000 plus agents. Do he even know that LP had situation room? 1 Like |

Thanksful: 134k agents minus 170k polling agents... Hahahahaha, the 30k+ no agents polling units is enough to do the magic which the LP wont be able to prove rigging at court.. Obi's case would be dismissed early. The panel will only entertain the petition of Pdp 2 Likes |

Beremx: Obi already gave an hint about what his petition would look like and the kind of plea to be expected. His major emphasis is low turn out because we have 11m+ new registered voters in this election. Now the question is , how many registered voters are in Obi's polling unit, how many voted? How about his ward, local government, Anambra in general. If Apc is not strong in Anambra state, that means they can't rig there. How is the low turn out in Anambra state different from the low turn out other states experienced. My lords and my ladies, without further ado, this petition should be dismissed... Master those lines very well and watch how things would pan out 2 Likes |

So, where did the half a trillion Naira budget for INEC go to provide the agents? Polling stations that were conducted in the bush. . . and INEC officials were showing up at 12PM or 6PM? There was a standard procedure. The results were collated AT THE POLLING STATIONS. But your dear INEC officials decided to by-pass the electoral act and manually collate the results. The polling stations with polling agents nko? WHAT HAPPENED THERE? |

helinues:You people already explain your rigging plans to us and we are well aware of them . So that's why we're all going to court to seek redress. I hope your candidate won't die of heart attack once the evidences swallow his certificate-of-return |
