But it hasn't given any order as to whether the old notes are still legal tender.
Please read well and understand before you praise Tinubu.

In response:

donphilopus:

The Supreme Court on Friday ordered that old N200, N500, N1,000 notes remain in circulation till December 31, 2023.

The apex court also nullified the Federal Government’s naira redesign policy, declaring it as an affront to the 1999 Constitution.
/
What's the meaning of "remain in circulation" in that extract? The only problem is whether Emefailure and Malami will respect this ruling in the people's favor. Kindly read well and understand per your advice.

So this naira issue is a laydown plan to end vote rigging problem immediately after election. we have seen the nation that have something to deliver.

Please do have the same power to give Nigerians youth justice regarding the election cases when it come to your desk.

Some governors was fighting for youths on naira issue and change stealing the youths hope through presidential election. and now now the youths are on their own.
