The unfolding Electoral Logjam and the inescapable Constitutional Logjam that will accompany it, is the trigger for the chain of events that begins with the Collapse of the Election Pillar, cascading to the Collapse of the Constitution and Union Collapse.

This Logjam will compel a TRANSITIONING to undertake the Union Renegotiation, Reconfiguration and consequential Constitutional Reconstruction within the Self-Determination Paradigm, reason NINAS marked the charade of February 25, 2023 as “Domino-2 Activated”.

The multi-pronged pressures from the NINAS Campaign forced the desperation that attended the push towards Elections by which the 1967 Alliance and the collaborating political renegades of the South and the Middle-Belt sought to save the Unitary Union as defined by the Caliphate-imposed 1999 Constitution.

Looking at the Domino-2 operational graphic, the task of NINAS right now is to guide the collapsing Pillar of Elections accurately towards the Pillar of Constitution in a manner that crash both into the Pillar of Union.

That immediate task of NINAS therefore basically entails showing all those lamenting the outcome of the irredeemably flawed 2023 presidential elections, the CAUSATIVE nexus between the dictates of the Unitary 1999 Constitution and the atrocities that accompanied that Election, especially the Constitutionally Dictated Centralized Control of the Election Management in Nigeria for which reason Caliphate-controlled INEC sitting in Abuja is completely in charge of Voter Registration countrywide, Political Party Regulation and Candidate-Processing countrywide; PVC Production and Distribution countrywide. BVA Deployment countrywide, Polling Unit Delineation, Server and IREV Management (and therefore Manipulation); countrywide Logistics Management for Electoral Materials, Collation and Result-Processing, Election-Observer Management, local and international as well as Security Management countrywide.

Reckoning the overarching Caliphate Conquest Agenda and the Caliphate-led Alliance of 1967 (which includes the renegade wing of the South West, whether Obasanjo or TInubu), that drives the front end of that Caliphate Agenda, it is tantamount to Grand Folly, for the rest of Nigeria to cling to the Caliphate-imposed 1999 Constitution as the basis of Nigeria, Nigeria’s Democracy and therefore, Electoral Processes under that Constitution, banking only on the hollow assurances of the Caliphate Chairman of the Caliphate-controlled INEC.

The Four Options being thrown up for navigating Nigerians and Nigeria out of the dangerous ditch represented by the botched 2023 Presidential Election are :
(1) Mandate-Recovery;
(2) Re-Run;
(3) Run-Off; and
(4) Transitioning.

If pursued, Options 1,2 and 3 will result in the reinforcement of the 1999 Constitution because whoever emerges will Swear to, and Govern by the 1999 Constitution whereas Option 4 (ie the NINAS Transitioning Template), will Terminate the life of the 1999 Constitution thereby extinguishing the ultimate source of the woes and miseries of Nigerians and Nigeria.
