*Anti-Rigging Doctrine 2023 for every patriotic citizen*

1. *Late arrival of INEC at the polling units* .

Is there a time stipulated by law that voting must commence? if yes, the people must be time conscious, If INEC arrives later than normal voters should abstain from voting and practically prevent INEC from setting up for voting.
If no, voters must not let the voting process discontinued even when the exercise has lingered through the night it must be concluded when all votes have been casted and counted. They must not leave the polling unit until the last vote is casted counted and transmitted.

2. *If a particular party is missing on the ballot when it should not.*

Voting with regards to the particular seat must not hold until INEC provide another ballot paper containing all the eligible parties.

3. *Ballot papers lower than total registered voters in a particular polling unit.*

Agents must ensure they (INEC officials) have the complete number of ballot papers covering the total registered voters in a given polling unit before voting can commence.


4. *Absence of BVAS*

Voters must insist the unit be provided with one. The party agents must also escalate this issue immediately to the ward, local government area and state office. If voters are to vote after all without BVAS, agents should document all events which includes total votes casted and counted, incident forms, names and pictures of POs APOs other party agents Npf agents and authorised observers. Their pictures and names must be fully captured.


5. *BVAS not uploading*

Voters (everyone) and party agents must accompany the manually collated results at the polling unit to the ward and if the issue wasn't resolved at the ward the collated results should be followed up to the local government area with a protest and if they have moved it to the state office unresolved more protest follow. Everyone should come out for this.


6. *Terminating of voting halfway due to time of the day.*


No polling unit is allowed to terminate halfway while people are still voting once there is a termination INEC will either cancel the entire voting in the units or take only the ones casted before the termination.


7. *Thug attacks*


As much as life is precious however, it's the citizen's duty to protect or defend their votes. I will recommend each polling unit having a strong room where things can be safely kept.

Once thugs are cited, citizens together with the party agents should immediately take casted votes and other sensitive materials to the strong room and lock it up.
The rest of the voters will act as shield and obstacle preventing thugs access to the officials and materials.

Everyone must join the fight and if possible go a day before election to hide your self defence gears at strategic places. Others can be taking pictures and videos of the thugs and putting out distress calls to the police rapid response unit.

8. *Voters threatened not to vote their choice.*

You can't leave your house with a conviction of whom to vote and then a few individual will prevent you from voting by mere threat.

What will they do?

Beat everybody as in we are primary school pupils 🤣🤣? Far from it. Everybody should commence a protest immediately and demand their rights to be respected or the entire process should shut down one or few individuals cannot intimidate hundreds of voters.

Everybody should press on them

*Finally every voter should video all incident in their polling units together and send to labour party platform properly given the description of the unit, ward, LG and state names and pictures of the POs, APOs and party agents.*

You cannot demand for a constitutional change if you can't even fight for your choice of leaders.

So who will change it?
The wicked leaders? I doubt. But I understand your point especially if after fighting to elect our choiced leaders and they renegade on their promises but I believe we can at least fight and get few good ones in power though not easy but we must start reducing demons from power and that fight must first start at the polling unit.
