Why The Labour Party Is Divisive, Childish, & Unpolitical? by paris10: 6:00am On Mar 06, 2023
The Labour Party emanates from the ideology of greed & the need to seek political recognition. Mr Obi of former PDP was a strong member & close aide to Atiku. He was once elected to be the party's VP & was instrumental in drafting the baseline of the party into a capitalist movement.

With Atiku losing the presidential election, Obi strategized & form the now LP on the mandate of socialism while he himself is a capitalist. The endsars movement & the nonchalant attitude of the Lagos state govt gave the LP a platform to sale their mandate. They preyed on gullible & passionate youths whose only hope is a viable & trustworthy govt ready to listen to their plights.

Obi quickly grabbed that mantle & turned it around to the delight of his kingsmen who are 98% from the East. Lagos was the go-to point to infiltrate. While the election proved their strategy worked, it also exposes their intentions to sabotage the great Lagos State. Although Legos was the country's former capital, it doesn't diminish the fact that it's still a state with so many historical background of the Yorubas.

You see, the Aworis (Yoruba) earlier in the 1500s hunted and fished on the Islands. They created a canoes path from the Islands to Benin and traded with the people of Benin. As trade grew, the people of Benin then began migrating to the shores of Lagos & lived and traded with the Yorubas.

During the 1700s, Benin witnessed bumper harvest and those that migrated to Lagos returned back home leaving Lagos to the original settlers which are the Yorubas.

The Yorubas are visionaries & saw the future that miscreants & ungrateful people might come from other states to lay claim of their beloved Lagos. They then formed a council and elected an indigenous King as a sign of ownership of lands. The Oba of Lagos is a testament to that lineage. This solidifies Lagos as Yoruba state.

The naysayers on the other hand wants to remind their brethren that Lagos is a "no man's land", a dangerous rhetoric detrimental to visitors in Lagos. Just because the Yorubas are welcoming and accommodating people doesn't take away their resilience in maintaining & fighting for what is theirs. The Yorubas are tolerant people & wouldn't want anyone from the east to jeopardize that hands of friendship they're stretching out.

When you're arriving in Lagos, 3 status greets you. These are the Yorubas ancestral beings wishing you great tidings and a peaceful visit.

Lagos state has the most Yoruba gangs and touts you could ever dream of. They're destructive in nature & ready to die just to claim what is theirs. Likes of Psquare should be very careful in their utterances. Lands in Lagos are not permanently owned by outsiders. It unwritenly leased for 50years and get renewed by the Baale(s) after expiration. Your land can be seized if you continue to preach unfounded rhetoric concerning those that harbor you.

Enugu, Anambra, Abia, & Imo are great cities and ready to welcome Psquare and the rest whose main objective is to sow discord and create division in Lagos State.

Chinedu Gbadebo isn't Yoruba enough & won't be voted for. Only Yorubas will forever be the governor and Oba of Lagos. Get sense Obidients and stop voting for every d$ck & harry that arose from LP. The Labour Party is becoming an Igbo party and would die a painful death if trends continues.

Maybe LP are.
But OBIdients are not.
OBIdients are not even LP members.

I wonder who should be teaching who politics now.Suddenly, some people want to think for OBIdients.

However, I'd love it if they'd behave like children on March 11 and be OBIdient to the instruction to vote out APC everywhere.

After all, the kingdom of heaven belongs to children

Nobody is dragging Lagos State with the Yorubas. Gbadebo may just win the next election and that means a sane, independent man being the governor of Lagos, not a bunch of people under the shackles of an ex-druglord turned kingmaker.
