I make all kind of shoes, specifically males footwear. I have been doing this for 4years now, plus my learning process. I know the in and out of the business, from purchasing materials, making the right shoe and the marketing aspect of it. I would have started the business online but there's need to have a physical space for trust issues. The challenge with the business is that it takes a while for me to make the shoes before delivery, which doesn't really work well for people ordering online because they are usually reluctant to make upfront payments as well and even may run out of patience when you make it without collecting upfront payment.
With a physics space, it becomes easier for thr business because your customer will trust you more since they know your physical with respect to making upfront payments. Again, I intend adding a shoemaking academy alongside making shows to generate more revenue from students.

I am now ready to open a shoemaking outfit somewhere in Lagos. I am looking for investors who can invest in it with return on investment under legal binding. Or maybe we can have some other agreement that will benefit both parties.
I already purchased a filing machine and some tools but I do not have enough funds to purchase industrial sewing machine and collect a space. From my calculations, the total amount of investment needed is 500,000 naira.

Shoemaking business is very lucrative as customers will visit your location passively, so the problems of low patronage is highly unlikely on the ong run. I am ready to pitch to any investor with respect to how they can make profit from the business.

People who are willing to discuss investment should whatsapp me on.....

I reside in Lagos. Thank you very much
