Therehas been circulation of different views as it concerned the last Presidential election which ushered in the Èmilókan personality in the person of Senator Bola Achmed Tinubu. The most tongue lashed President ever to win,the supreme political position in Nigeria.

The e-war between the APC and LP on claims and counter claims draw some attention of some people who had been determine to give the Lagos APC leadership and Governor led a great challenge on the next gubernatorial election come forth on 11 of March 2023.

It was out of this, which resulted to the case of Yorubas being claimed that they are not allowed to own properties and contests for elections in Eastern States.

But behold , there is a rumor that Yorubas are being allowed to own properties in the Eastern Region which is contrary to the beliefs among some online commentators.

One of the rumored personality is Chief Soji Salau. But how true is the story ofChief Soji Salau owing plots of land and properties inindependent layout in Enugu ?

What's your own opinion?

Do you really believe Igbo people don't sell land to outsiders?

I do not have opinion for now. I ask questions for people to learn. If you information, then share for us to learn from.

Even if they don't sell land as some communities truly don't and I support them, you can still have an arrangement and be able to build and there are many Yorubas that have built houses in the East. The selling of land is unethical and that is part of the reason why the price of real estate is sky rocketing. Land should cost zero.
