I do not have opinion for now. I ask questions for people to learn. If you information, then share for us to learn from.

Even if they don't sell land as some communities truly don't and I support them, you can still have an arrangement and be able to build and there are many Yorubas that have built houses in the East. The selling of land is unethical and that is part of the reason why the price of real estate is sky rocketing. Land should cost zero.
