Last week I bought Tecno Pop 7 Pro at 64k. But at my greatest surprise, the phone HiOS bears the device name as Tecno Spark Go 2023. And the carton of the phone is boldly written POP 7 Pro. I want back to the shop I bought it, the sales girl told me that it is the same phone. That the phone is known as Pop 7 pro or spark Go 2023. I m just confused. Please who can tell me the truth about this matter.

Not sure if the issue or fault is from the brand.
Lots of people are doing and undoing.

Bought a tv that was Sony I think or so, it got bad I took it for repairs only to see LG!

I shock eh.

These guys are legit biko.

I don even buy something, the pack was different from what was inside.

It's just that the refund policy here is different from that of abroad.

My Tecno spark 9 stopped charging fast,even after I changed cable and charger.
It takes about 1hours to get 10% increment.
What could be the issue?
Someone kindly assist.
