I have been reading about how Opay does seamless banking without hitches. So, I decided to try it out. Everything seemed fine I must confess, until I encountered an issue about which I needed to contact their customer care agents. I have used all available channels to try to get a reply from them, but no headway. This has lasted for over three weeks now and yet no reply. I have wiped my airtime several times trying to call their phone numbers, but no answer yet. Please Nairalanders who use Opay, what is the sure way of contacting their customer care? |

I ve been calling them since Saturday but all their customers agent are busy.i Ve a card dispute of #4000 since Feb 15 up till this moment,the money Has not been returned 1 Like |

I have encountered a few failed transactions from opay to other banks and vice versa.But money was refunded back into my account.Right now I am good. 1 Like

Well opay automated service is nice But I think trying to reach their customer service is something that is very difficult 1 Like |
