How will you tackle the issue of Agbero in lagos state?
Re: Ask Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour (GRV) Any Question About His Lagos Governorship Bid by Nobody: 10:01pm On Mar 08, 2023
GRVLagos

if you win the governorship election, how will you work with the Lagos state house of assembly to govern if, for instance, APC wins majority seats in the house?

also if you win the election, do you plan to continue working with the present administration's infrastructural projects, for instance, the train and other constructions like roads and stations going on in Lagos state? or do you have a new blueprint for lagos state?

On the federal level, how do you plan to work with the government of Tinubu to achieve the prosperity of Lagosians and of Nigerians considering the fact that Lagos is the economic hub of Nigeria?

last but not the least, as you know Lagos is dirty and it stinks because of the inhabitants not obeying simple rules of sanitation, how do you plan to solve this?

Are you saying his social media was hacked? Because those tweets/comments definitely originated from his account and before you try and twist it, the more we look back the more damning it becomes.

Maybe you might want to provide some form of clarity on what you are addressing, but as for me I was specifically referring to the question about the propaganda that trended earlier today, claiming that he never attended MIT. He himself has addressed it on his twitter page. Thank you.

Post a screenshot of the MIT certificate.

Becoming obvious it must have been an Executive course.

You don't deserve the post. Why would you want to govern people you hate so much ?

If he loses, no bid deal, at least he is courageous and has actually tried. Better to try and fail than to never try and imagine what could have happened.

I don't have anything against her and her choices but the fact that she's a lesbian is no news. Her verified social media accounts lend credence to this fact. If you need evidence, make your way to google but Iz not me that will bring screenshot here. Not really my biz plus I don't got that time undecided
You do. Cos you just lied. She's not a lesbian. You all.need serious jailing. The real lesbian sympathiser is Chinedu's wife. While Chinedu himself is ipob sympathiser. Lagosians don't need pretenders like GRV n his cohorts

Peter Obi's defeat of Tinubu in Lagos during the presidential election, and the defeat of many PDP/APC/APGA senate and house of reps candidates by Labour Party candidates have allowed many Labour Party members and supporters to believe that it is possible for the Labour Party to seize control of Lagos State from APC by defeating Governor Jide Sanwo-Olu in the 2023 governorship election of Lagos State.

The man of the moment, who has been tasked with achieving this feat, is Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour, also known as GRV. He's a MIT-trained architect, activist, and a politician since 2017. He has agreed to answer your questions about his bid to be the next governor of Lagos State. Please feel free to ask any question and also like and share any question that you want him to answer, so that it will not be missed.

I'll set the ball rolling by asking a simple question:
* Why did you leave architecture for politics after practicing in UK and Nigeria?

No he definitely attended, I verified that myself. I'm talking about his tweets calling Yorubas 'afonjas' and specifically aligning with IPOB.

Good day everyone, I am going to make an effort to appeal to us all to try and focus on the challenges of Lagos and governance when asking questions.
I will do my best to answer all I can, but please I appeal for all to see the real and bigger picture.
Divisive politics and tactics are a distraction, Lagos isn't optimized to work for all, areas like badagry and ikorodu are ignored, neglected and underdeveloped.
Too many people are unemployed and underpaid, which contributes to the issues of crime.
We have issues of tankers falling and killing innocent bystanders and so much more.

Too many real and pressing issues that need to be tackled to make all our lives better, so please ask me things you would like me to solve if elected as your governor.

sorry but u started the divisive politics by your careless utterances on social media.
That was how Nigerians voted Buhari in 2015 claiming he's not a tribal bigot and just a distraction tactics by his opponents. We all know how it ended and how his nepotism and ethnocentric politcs almost destroyed the nation.
So my question is thus
1. Are u proud of your Yoruba lineage. If YES, then explain why you used the phrase 'typical Yoruba behaviour' to describe Pastor Adeboye. why should you ascribe the behaviour of one man onto a whole ethnic group?
2. Your CV is very empty...very empty. The truth remain u lack the experience to manage a complex cosmopolitan city like Lagos. Who are those u will lean on to ensure your political naivety doesnt cost Lagos if u win the gubernatorial election.

This has to be full level development of the entire town, areas like Badagry, Ikorodu and spread out development
we will increase productivity by improving the transport networks, better roads, ferry and water transport as well as as a proper robust train system.
Increasing power development and supply so folks can be more productive.
The goal is to increase how much revenue the state produces, and then tax the raised revenues and make these taxes work for the people.

Increasing IGR by increasing taxes without increasing how much people earn is wickedness, also the informal sector is taxed heavily , that burden needs to be reduced but also formalized so they can enjoy the benefits of the money they pay.

Give us a detailed answer.
I didn't learn anything from this response, because šŸ’Æ of what you typed has been achieved. What exactly are you doing differently if elected? Lagos is still a poor state, thanks to this Era of apc who has clearly performed excellently in igr, but we need you to tell us what exactly you'll do differently.

Don't just tell us you will, you will, we need a convincing answer..

Thanks!!!

Hateful tribalists have already taking over the thread asking questions that has no bearing to governance.

My question; what plans have you set up to really deal with the menace of agbero in Lagos knowing that it has become institutionalised. You might say give them skills, how sure are you they will accept your programme? Many of them are used to harvesting from what they didn't sow.

No.2. What's your plan for using or not using Alpha-Beta as conduit for taxation. If to stop, do you have a seamless plan to facilitate taxation?

3. Do you have mettle to actually remove the lips of Tinubu and his cronies from the tits of Lagos State?

Is your GRV not a hateful tribalist himself ?

If he's not daft, why would he aspire to lead a tribe he hates so much?
