The Federal High Court in Lagos, on Wednesday, ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission to directly and electronically upload from the polling units to the IReV the results of the forthcoming, governorship and state House of Assembly elections in Lagos State. The Court do not have the power to tell INEC what to do INEC can decide to upload for the public to see or not INEC have broken no law if they choose not to upload for the public to view |

The court can only compell INEC it can't SANCTION, the electoral law that binds Inec stipulate results are either transmitted electronically or transfer becos they understand in Nigeria Network can be a Mess ! The commission retains the power to use the mode of transmission base on Circustances or challenges that pop up |
