I checked the profile of Justice Joseph Ikeghy, even before the case of LP VS INEC,he is the presiding jugde of Appeal Court in Porthacourt even before the elections, there's nothing like he was transferred.

He was appointed to head the presidential petitions tribunal even before the elections. His main court where he presides is Appeal Court in Porthacourt
