Following the death of her husband, popular and highly revered missionary apostle and Cofounder of Victory International Family Assembly, VIFA Worldwide, His Excellency, Apostle Moses N. Grandeur in February 2021, Bishop Mrs. Angel Mercy Grandeur was installed to take over the church’s leadership in April 2021 as the Archbishop and general overseer of the ministry. This makes Angel Mercy Grandeur of VIFA Global, the second known Pentecostal female Archbishop in Nigeria after the pioneer female Archbishop (in Nigeria and Africa) Dr. Margaret Benson Idahosa GCON of the Church Of God Mission, CGMi, global.

The event saw the gathering of thousands of worshippers, guests and witnesses in Sapele, Delta state, Nigeria with others across three continents connecting to the live streaming online. The installation service was conducted by the United International Association of Pentecostal Bishops, UIAPB with Archbishop Joseph Ojo and Bishop John Odiete presiding. Also in attendance were the executives and members of the New Audacity Apostolic College Of Bishops Led by Apostle Godwin Ojuh of the Life renewal ministries worldwide, Benin City, Apostle God’spower Udjor of the Champions Faith Assembly, Abuja, Apostle Emmanuel Azaka of the Overcomers Family Assembly, Port-harcourt, Rev Goodwill Adogho of the Word of Grace Ministries, Agbor, Delta state, Bishop Jolly Osadolor now of the Royal Heavenly Life Int’l Assembly, Benin city, amongst several others.
Angel Mercy Grandeur was consecrated Bishop and became one of the foremost female bishops in Nigeria in the year 2006 and she became an Archbishop in the year 2021.
