Prof. Tokunbo Fabamwo CMD, LASUTH respond to people, politicians, especially celebrities using their social media platform to criticise the way the hospital handled the BRT/Train accident victims.

"By 4pm we have finished triage. The whole place was empty. All patients had been sorted out. Only for us too see ignorant comment by certain people concerning the way we triage, and i will like to cease the opportunity to say that we triage in compliance with international best practice.

When you have huge number of casualties, there is no way you can have empty emergency bed spaces to put them.
So the whole idea is to put them in an open space so you can clearly see the injuries that they have and health workers who are numbering hundreds will be able to move around freely to ascertain the kind of injuries they are dealing with. That is the principle of triage.

So this nonsensical talk about treating people on the floor should stop. People should stop criticising us about that, that is the way it is normally done in every part of the world."

The process is called triage, the sorting of and allocation of treatment to patients and especially battle and disaster victims according to a system of priorities designed to maximize the number of survivors
Ignorance is bad

Sometimes you obidients need to know that you are not entitled to your opinion. You are entitled to your informed opinion. No one is entitled to be ignorant. Nothing in the world is more dangerous than sincere ignorance and conscientious stup!d!ty.

Because of a fraud, a religious extremist of a candidate called Peter obi. You turned yourselves into monsters, playing and attributing everything to politics, attacking everyone and everything even when you have zero knowledge about how those things work.

Most of you dont need to go to church every sunday to pray for wealth, what you need is simple wisdom. You lack it.

Yesterday fire razed down a market in Aba. For hours there was no fire service in sight. It burnt down billions of goods.

You are not worried about how no single fire-service truck in the whole of Aba. You are not holding your corrupt leaders accountable.
But your headache is why Lagos state is attending to its accident victims on the floor.

Tinubu will be president come May 29. Any obidiemt that make any suicidal attempt that day must be arrested and placed in a solitary confinement for life so far they don't want to see tinubu becoming president.

Because there are no influential people left in the state to take the glory. All your billionaires ran away, the politician keep looting, Even the common citizens are moving out in their battalions into Lagos everyday by the cover of darkness.

Who will want to claim a disaster of a state?

This is very common among all other states in Nigeria.

All what the Nigeria politicians are after is their own stomach infrastructure tongue

They owe no one explanation. I commend the hospital for their swift response to the treatment of the casualties. If they didn't respond on time, more people would have died. The casualties have been transferred to other hospitals with immediate effect. That's a good one

The product of a failed system created by PDAPC.

We must kick all of them out.

Ikpeazu and Ugwuanyi lost senatorial seats.

Kalu Riigged himself in...

The basic thing here is this...

If thiefnubuu was bedridden and incapacitated, zombies like you will still vote him a senator 200000 times. because you are slaves..its that simple.

IGBOs repaid the failed Governors by not voting them to continue their foolishness in the senate!

Now ..i ask...arent you foolish, complaining about the hospital that THIEFNUBUU built!!

You need a brain rest before you open threads and self-indict yasef...spits
