This is emotional blackmail. It is the LP way and style. You are coming to empathize with someone in pain for political gain or benefits. The people in that video, did they look serious to you other than mediocres who sees opportunity, and they want to use it. When the governor said nobody , how does this translate to LP. Does that mean every Dick and Harry must visit without an honest intent. If they are truly concerned, let them pay their families a visit like the governor himself did and openly organize prayers for them for quick recovery.
