Who else agrees with me UBA online banking and Thier ussd is the most useless and inefficient online banking institution in the world.
This people are just pathetic, I've used over 11 banks around the world and I've never seen a bank as useless as UBA.
Their ussd command is practically useless on a goodday and it is impossible to use 9 out of 10 times.
On the other hand Thier bank app is just as useless. Sometimes it take a fvcking miracle to make a successful transfer on Thier app, in this day and age of internet banking,how can such a big bank be this inefficient and lack maintenance.
If this people can't maintain an online platform why even bother.
Emerging banks like opay,kuda, flutter wave,chipper cash process online transactions in seconds and UBA can't do anything efficiently.

Cbn should please take Thier apps off the internet so as to keep people from this unnecessary trouble.
