Bornbiafra: Terrible. I made a transaction on the 21st of February, up till now Kuda has not refunded the money. Made another transaction yesterday and today got debited but not delivered. Generally, the experience has been terrible for me. 2 Likes |

My observation is that most issues are with 'non-physical' banks... Palmpay, Opay, Kuda, Providus, etc. However, GTB is currently behaving like a 'non-physical' bank, even with the app 🥺 |
