You know you don't necessarily have to drag the East into every argument on Nairaland. BTW, the OP is 100% right. The South West and North West benefitted immensely from this administration. For instance, the road and railway projects in those parts of the country are the best in the country. Funnily enough, the country is borrowing money from China to execute those projects - a loan every Nigerian will contribute to its repayment. He also talked about appointments, which is also true.

in contrast, Jonathan focused on deepening Western education in the north - something they didn't like. Jonathan, though terribly incompetent, was more of a Nigerian president than a sectional leader. His kind of leadership, in my opinion, was the best for the country.

What Buhari and his goons have brought to federal governance is parochial leadership which, if you ask me, is a threat to national unity because there ought to be a conscious effort to grow every part of the country that is lagging behind, not make those that are already doing well way ahead of the rest. This APC's leadership style is the Number one cause of agitations and social instability.
