Oba Elegushi doesn’t have the right to stop Lagos electorates from exercising their right to choose who they want. The so called Oro festival is a mission to disenfranchise the Lagos State electorates in ibeju lekki LG and other areas too. This tactics of disenfranchising Lagos State electorates has failed woefully beyond redemption. The security officers will be on duty to chase out any Oro festival or what ever you called it on the March 18th governorship election. From Army to police to civil defence corp members and Nigeria immigration officials will be on duty to supervise the governorship election on March 18th. I urge good people of Lagos State to come out enmass and votes for their choice. Kindly votes for GRV, the lover of people and the promoter of unity, peace and progress in Lagos State.

Why do you guys like looking for trouble where there is none . How would a traditional festival that starts at 12 mid night and ends 5.30am affect the elections.
Remember there is also curfew from 12 mid night to 6am on election day.

Élections are a sovereign process

Anyone seeking to institute another event the same day is seeking a coup d'etat

See how the OP avoided my comment because I punctured his argument. Go and vote, no one is stopping you.
