Everyone know that I am a hardcore ObiDient but it’s time to tell ourselves the truth. Peter Obi will never reclaim his mandate, GRV will never be governor, LP will eventually be relegated back to the shadows.
Why? Because it seems Peter Obi failed to realize one thing that every successful power that has set out to do good realized.

You cannot approach politics in a contraption like Nigeria and be ‘carrying Bible’ all over the place. You have to be willing to cross the lines. Be amoral and not immoral like your opponents. This is what Obi is totally lacking!
Come on! Who are we kidding? This isn’t African Magic where good triumphs at the end and evil confesses before it dies. This is real life!
How is Peter Obi going to win in a country as lawless as Nigeria?? A country where the Judiciary is owned by the richest men?? A country that doesn’t even obey the rule of law?? A country where there is absolutely no rule of law??
The average OBiDient has never been in a combat situation before. And all of a sudden you want him to risk his life defending a vote that ultimately will not count fighting with thugs that are fully backed by the State. If he dies, who lose
Well… I did come out to vote and I can tell you my PU scanty die. I’m armed obviously with a concealed carry but it’s been peaceful so far. I won’t blame anyone that decided to stay home. Naija is not worth it.

Well, you can't blame him for being sane in an insane country. I think he wants to explore all legal route for the world to see the outcome. In the end, it is the masses that will determine the fate of the nation when all chips are down. He should go and sit down. He raised the hopes of Nigerian youths when he didn’t even have IPOB behind him to cause trouble? I’m in the judiciary and I know he won’t get anything out of the court. The man is too weak and his tribe is weak too. I always repeat it, the greatest igbo leader of recent is still Nnamdi Kanu. He’s tough, charismatic, eloquent, bold and strong. Obi should never have led this fight. A lot of people got killed and injured because of him but he has not even come out to talk tough for once. Even their Ohaneze have left the man to fight the whole battle alone. He’s an old man and nobody will follow him to vote again in 2027. By that time, most young and educated who have left Nigeria so what’s the need for all the stress again? |
