Tribalism is the key to hold power in Lagos. Fabric of Nigeria society is built on nepotism. Tribalism card was played against Agbaje in 2015. I worked against Gbadebo in 2023. It would be used against another person in 2027.

Whoever you are OP best to stFU if you have nothing to say or sensible thread to open. It is always easy to play the victim when e set but to forget that tribalism is in the blood of a particular tribe that isn’t Yoruba!.. leave BaT out of ur Bullshits u hear? Cuz nothing ever pleases una.

Or you think tribalism started today.. de play

Something whey be say na then start ham first, till it ate them up completely.. what have the Yorubas done other than to protect their territory by any means necessary.. only an igbo or an igbo sympathizer will be talking tribalism and be pointing fingers at the yorubas.. yorubas are tribalistic na hin all of una de live so well amongst them year in year out without any fear.

Tribalism is a symptom of a bigger problem. You can also be a victim of tribal or racist attack. The perpetrators would always find excuse for their acts.

Nepotism is a symptom of a bigger problem. It lead to Rwanda genocide. It was major reason for ww2, Biafra war, Apartheid, Blacklivesmatter protest etc. Nobody is immuned from it. Everybody is a victim. Table would always turn.
Perpetrators would always justify nepotism.

David should shut-up, the utterances of people like him created the problem, when you tell someone in his face that you will conquer him, don't you expect him to fight for his freedom.

So many Twitter users pushed and planed for stupid agenda, it was all about hate, selfishness and mockery. To some it was for Obi to raise fund for court case, i read and heard so many stupid things, none was for the growth of Lagos.

Excuse for intimidation, suppression and ethinic profiling. Nothing good can come out of nepotism. It creates illusion that lagos is developing.

I quite agree with you, but i was saying what led to the negative outcomes you mentioned.
The fear of our utterances unsettled so many of the yorubas, they now saw it as a do or die affair. They were like people who will be stripped off their glory, they saw mockery starring at them in their face.

I work with so many yorubas who had a different view during the presidential election, infact those who campaigned worked and voted for Obi and wanted to vote againt Sanwo but the utterances and the manner in which we used to campaign on social media after the presidential election made them have change of mind.

It was like us against yorubas

Spin it all you want, what most of you are has been exposed for all to see. Who's talking about voting for PO or against GRV? We are talking about brazen acts of ethnic profiling and intimidation. Was the problem about yorubas voting who they want? Were ibos allowed to vote where they were supposed to? Let me guess, they also can't vote in your lagos. They should relocate to the East to vote. Such despicable acts of tribalism in the 21st century. Just know, you folks don't have any friends in the south.

Politicians exaggerated the whole things. Just like Black Americans cannot outnumber whites and take over in US, Igbos cannot outnumber yorubas or take control of Lagos state. If igbos have decided to support APC in numbers do you think there would be ethnic profiling? Many yorubas were attacked yesterday because they looked like igbos.

you know in your heart this is not why you voted apc, even if the Igbos had voted pdp the hate would still be the same, it is less about GVR, and more about them not aligning with apc, see I have seen folks like you who say they are defending their heritage bla bla bla, but one thing they all have in common they are all tinubu/ apc supporters.

so this is your evidence, it's shameful how you guys can just pick one line from the internet and try to use it to justify your bigotry, if I say yoruba's are terrorist, I will go on the internet and find something too that justify my claim, if I say yoruba's are descendants of Lucifer, I will go to the internet and find something relating to it. The thing is you are a bigot not because of that tweet,it is because it is who you are.

The funny thing is the lives of these supporters are miserable. Only the people high up are enjoying. The ones down are just getting enough to survive not even live a good life.
