We embraced unity until they started doing too much… do you know how many yorubas voted them in Lagos during the presidential election? It was more like they used the yorubas and now rubbing it in our faces… don’t fall for Igbo sentiments….

That's a destructive mentality.

You're a young man, so you don't know we've been here before.

And the results were tragic to say the least, with millions of people killed.

So ethnic hatred and division is destructive.

One thing you should understand is that the politicians from various ethnic groups are ALL friends.

And I mean PROPER friends.

Elections are to them just a GAME.

Like football.

Like basketball.

Like hockey.

On the pitch they are 'enemies'.

Their game tactics include exploiting ethno-religious differences in the population to garner support.

Voter intimidation and thuggery are other tactics they employ.

Once the game is over, regardless of who wins, they go and drink beer together.

And eat Isi Ewu together.

And chase women together.

And meet up in expensive parties in London, Dubai, Los Angeles, Paris, discussing business deals in-between sips of choice wine.

TOGETHER.

Chatting in cosy settings they'll even be making snide remarks and jokes to one another about the stupidity of the electorate, ie YOU, in falling for their manipulations.

I've been in their midst. I know.

Meanwhile YOU are sat in Nigeria, taking the GAME as reality, and internalising the whole thing to the point of utter TRAUMA, leading you to hate and despise other ethnic groups, and imbibe unnecessary mental dysfunctionalities.

So the question is When will you get sense and stop letting these politicians use YOU to make money and catch cruise?
