longetivity:. You want to deny that you haven't been hearing that statement by the Igbos in particular? They have the erroneous believe that because they have financial power in Lagos so to say, they can dictate what happens in Lagos. Am sorry it does not work that way. You cannot take over a house from the land, he will fight you with everything he's got. Unfortunately for some of us who are not core igbos, we may suffer the counter effect of these actions in the coming days/weeks/months 8 Likes 1 Share |

Congratulations to Sanwo-olu All the contestants are Yorubas The tribalism politicians created was just politics, tactics, gimmick to win election if you don't. Lagos is a Yoruba state and it belongs to the Yorubas. No one wants to take over Lagos as politicians claimed. SAY NO TO TRIBALISM, SAY NO TO HATE SPEECHES they won't do you good |

Respect us or exit with ease. There are so much we cannot do in your zone but you do much more on Lzgod. Don’t stay in Lagos, and benefit from the leadership, infrastructure and economy Lagosians built over time, yet carry resentment towards them. You threaten violence and de-market Lagos on social media. You have options. Behave or relocate!” – Reno Omokri 7 Likes |

Opposition will always lose because it has now become election Yoruba against Igbo. And no Yoruba will hear Igbo want to take over Lagos. I will always blame PDP for setting Igbo up. Igbos were in Lagos during the time of AD,AC,ACN and no tribal issue in election. It all started when PDP wanted to use all means to win Lagos. 3 Likes |

We live in lagos and we know and saw what happened. There's no democracy in nigeria. Lagosians were not allowed to vote for their choice. This cannot be called an election but imposition of candidates. If free and fair election is conducted in nigeria and lagos, apc cannot win. They know that's why they are afraid of their shadow. 1 Like |

Thankfully, I have no ties or business with Lagos State; I do not live there nor even plan to. I haven’t been to that glorified slum in 5 years. What happened on Saturday was disgraceful! It brought to the surface, the hate for an entire tribe. The funny thing is that the politicians uttering those words were doing so as part of the game of politics but you see the supporters of the party, they needed an excuse to reveal their deep-seated envy and disdain for the Igbo tribe and took the tribal slurs to unimaginable levels! In 2015, PMB sowed the seeds, in 2023, BAT and his supporters tossed in tons of NPK fertilizer and water to grow this into full-blown hate! God forbid |
