I will make this short.
To be able to vote in Lagos or anywhere in Nigeria as "migrant per se". It doesn't start on Election Day. Here is where it starts-

1. Live in a confine area among your own people with alot of paid security. Eg Sabon Gari, Amuwo Odofin, Festac.

2. Do business in a confine area. Eg Sabon garii, Tradefair, Alaba.

3. During election, never be patriotic than the natives( Allow them to sort themselves)

4. Only use the voting ground within your estate or your street.
