Emeka came to Lagos with a nylon bag. He squatted for sometimes with friends or family members. Emeka was hawking under the sun and rain. He worked so hard.

In a few years, Emeka got a shop. He changed from hawking to selling in his shop. As the business was moving, Emeka decided to have a house of his own.

He didn't want to be spending money on rent. Secondly,, the kind of house he wants for himself, commercial landlords cannot build it.

He has suffered enough, he needs to enjoy. God has blessed his hustle.

Emeka bought a land in a developing area. Sometimes, in the village. He paid everything. He built a house. From there, he could access his shop.

He doesn't want stories with landlord giving him quit notice and all that. As a businessman too, Emeka built some and rented it out. Each month, he's getting his rent. In a few years, he would cover the money he spent, building the house.

Now, one Tunde would get angry at Emeka. How Emeka has taken over his father's land.

Did Emeka steal the land? No. Did he take it by force? No.

Ok. Emeka bought a nice car.

"Igbo People should learn to be humble. They are showing off too much. He is trying to tell us that we are lazy?"

Another one:

"They should be thankful to us that they couldn't make money in the East. Our land gave them money. Once they come to our land, they start making it. They should be loyal to us, suck our balls."

You that have been in your land, what is stopping you from having it? You think it's because of your land that made Emeka to be successful, why can't you do the same and be successful?

Emeka is robbing his money on our faces. We cannot take it.

Go and work my friend. Ofeke.

I paused!

It's envy and jealousy. They can't hustle like ibos instead of learning from them they resort to hate and bigotry

You igbos think too highly of yourselves. Nobody cares about Emeka etc.

We are saying stop calling lagos a no man's land.

Don't interfere with our politics

Do your business, buy land whether in lagos or your village and go.

Stop antagoning yorubas and hausa.

Nobody cares, Nobody is jealous, we are happy when Emeka makes it in life.

Stop making shit up your head.

Lol you do care about emeka and Igbos. Most Igbos gained wealth in Lagos with genuine hustle without govt backing.
Mind you no body is antagonising anybody. All an Igbo man cares for is his chi, money business and his family. Igbos are Nigerians and Lagos state is part of Nigeria it's there constitutional rights as citizens to vote and be voted for because they contribute to revenue of the state. So don't expect ibos to worship you because they stay in your region we are not cowards and we don't bow to no one

What do you term interference? The Lagos state eligible voters according to INEC is 7million plus. Are these 7million plus people all Yorubas? Are the igbos and other ethnic groups who live in Lagos state also counted? So what do you mean when you say igbos interfere in Lagos politics.

Seriously I wish all igbos will have sence and relocate back home. Let's hold our governors accountable and build our region. The hate will only grow and its risky for the igbos since we already have so much outside.
