Lagos is hotcake, if you leave, people will replace you sharply. Customers are in Lagos, it's a customer driven market economy. You need Lagos, it doesn't need you. Lagos state just need to transform those ladipo and alaba and co, build modern malls, you will see Indians, Chinese, and other Nigerians jostling for space. This will even help Lagos, in terms of reduction of sub standard goods. We know Igbo people sell a lot of sub standard goods in these markets.
