nothing wrong with the act...it is just an easier way to get contacts with possible future (fukc)mates or even more. the issue is to understand (from the get go) that anyone can create a profile and put fake pictures in it and write fake nonsense about their imaginary self....so until you actually meet the real person face to face, dont believe anything they may write about themselves. dont waste too much time talking online and be quick to try to meet them in real life.
when you finally meet them, if for ANY REASON they are not the person they portrayed to be in their profile, RUUUUUN!
