The criminal conviction handed on Tinubu places a HUGE moral burden on the Justices of the Supreme Court.

How the justices will be able to wriggle around it in the face of local and international audiences and government is a herculean task, so I really pity those justices.

This case meant that, as a convicted FELON, Mr. Tinubu should NEVER have contested as Senator or Governor. He should therefore be stripped of the title of Senator and title of His Excellency, because, ab initio, he was NEVER qualified for those offices.

It is like stripping Ben Johnson of the Olympic Gold Medal for drug use

The USA don make am clear say Asiwaju was not found guilty of a drug related case.

Tinubu can not even be removed from Aso Rock because of an Issue that even happen far away from Nigeria jurisdiction.

The petition is Baseless

You're not the supreme court judges and you cannot interprete the law from your Ondo state one room apartment

This is a very serious case and the evidences are everywhere for all to see . The united states government/representative will be involved in this case so it will take the grace of God for Tinubu to get out of this case . But God doesn't support a drug baron

let us leave the judges to interprete the law and do what's best for the country . Tinubu was indicted in the united states over drug related issues . He even forfeited $460k of his money as plea bargain so that's enough to disqualify him from the presidential election but he do strong head go contest .

The united states government/representatives will be involved in this case as witness , hmm, interesting times ahead.

The Peter Obi that we know ha never lost court case before so it's game on baby

I have the right to my opinion

If you're not happy with it, stop coming online on Nairaland and wait till when the supreme court gives judgement in 2025.

I.will keep on expressing my personal opinion on Nairaland

Your opinion is useless in this case because it won't be needed in the court . So no matter how you chose to bend and interprete the law which you're clearly ignorant of, it won't do Tinubu any good .

Presidential election is gone but the court will rule who broke the law and who didn't . We don't care if Tinubu rule till 2025 like you earlier predicted but the stolen mandate must be retrieved

Yes, Tinubu shouldn't have contested for his drug related case. But since it's Nigeria, why is Obi bringing that up now after many years? Cos of the rigging he acclaimed?

Isn't it mockery for Peter Obi to be claiming of winning without telling us how, not even figure. How did he make the 25% in 24 states?

Tinubu don buy market. By the time the US Department of Justice and DEA are subpoenaed to testify against Tinubu in court, he will know what has happened. This is just the first case to start with.

Then the case of iRev, BVAS and the collation system which INEC said they would use in transmitting and collating results, which urchins are disputing. I laugh at their plain ignorance as this is a strong case and INEC has been trying to clear their tracks. The AWS platform on which the INEC server is hosted is the most reliable and comprehensive server that uses autoscaling to prevent downtime. The server is said to be about 99% reliable. INEC claims that they had glitches with the BVAS and iRev portal but they have forgotten that the server has time log details Forensic analysis has shown the time the server was blocked to prevent real time upload of the presidential results. The time log also showed the when the server was made accessible for result uploads to be done. Also, upload of the results was ongoing and INEC according to law should have suspended collation until any server issue was sorted but they went ahead to continue off-line fraudulent collation and even went ahead to announce their winner despite the calls for them to suspend collation.

The thing now is that INEC of course are complicit in this crime with APC and Tinubu but is the US complicit? I doubt and that's why none of their agencies or government have congratulated Tinubu despite his lobbying and begging.

Interesting times ahead as I have always said on this platform and with God on our side, we shall be victorious. Tinubu must be peeing in his pants on seeing this court case and his urchins must be very dismayed. They have gone all around this platform discrediting and trying to water down the case documents because they're thoroughly scared and visibly shaken. I told them to rejoice very well then because the time of their final dismay would soon come.

Tinubu was warned but he failed to listen. He thought his money would get him everything and anything. Now his disgrace would be so loud and international. grin grin grin

Lyon won in Bayelsa with a fraudulent Deputy, where is he now.

By the way, Obi's petition incated that over 2 million votes from Lagos, Rivers, Plateau, Imo and Benue States were counted and credited to Tinubu,

So because Obi went to court, he must definitely be right with his allegations.

Obi's supporters should pause for a min, are you people not being brainwashed like this?
