Who need civility when arise itself is not civil in its airing.

You people don't know the extent certain actions can damage the reputation of a country. If such actions start happening in Lagos, you and I would see how investments and economic growth in Lagos would grind to a halt.

Paul Biya of Camerooun recently travelled to seek investments from foreign based rich citizens. Long story short, he got nothing. Many were afraid of investing there because of how autocratic the government was.

A civilised government gurantees a stable political atmosphere and healthy investment destination by excercising restraint and avoiding the abuse of power. Autocracy brings fear while maturity brings respect.
