That particular case is as good as dead. No court can refer to the suit No again till thy Kingdom.

Why do you think he forfeited that Large sum of money?

The two other co-conspirators in the Tinubu's Chicago heroin-drug case were convicted while his own illicits drug conduit accounts were frozen and he forfeited all the monies therein.

I suspect due to delays in Inec releasing election documents etc, there was no way Labour party would have met the election petition deadline of 15 days hence the decision to go this drug route to seek disqualification.
If you have gone through the petition, you would have seen where Obi claimed his votes was giving to Asiwaju in 21 states

It's not a crime if Reno is given an appointment by Tinubu. But using myself as a case study, I prefer to work wit people wit integrity. People like Vice president Yemi Osinbajo, Akinwumi A. Adesina, Frank Nweke Junior,Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, And many more. Not people like FFK,Reno and co. All we want is a better Nigeria.

It's not a must to have 25% in FCT before you can win an election..

Abuja is not a state, but during National elections, the law stated that FCT should be treated like a state... which means Nigeria has 37 states during National elections..

And with that, the requirements is still 25% in at least 24 states. Doesn't matter which states among the 37 states, as long as you've got your 25%, then you're a winner!

But the supreme court has another chance to clarify it and put it beyond doubt. I know there is a case from 2015 I believe in that regard

No, Supreme Court can’t. The case is not even at Supreme Court yet, it’s appeal court..

The only reason FCT was added to become a state during election is simply cuz any votes you get from FCT won’t be useless. Imagine a candidate securing 25% in 23 states, and then secured 25% in FCT. If FCT isn’t added as a state for election, such votes is useless. This is why they added it. It has no prerequisite at all regarding winning elections..
