Have we ever had a perfect election be4 ?

Well, We northerners have decided to move forward even despite atiku lost..

@ the embolded, this is the reason you're where you are, and isn't going anywhere. Even in 5 years you got no hope to move.

Very useless to Earth & nonsensical to civilization.

Stay wounded. Nurse your self inflicted injury. By the political and societal configuration that obtained when you contested you could not have won that election young man! It was a misadventure you embarked upon!!

You are very wicked and heartless

Shut up you retarded worthless children of hate called Igbos or whatever you are called

The hypocrisy of these animals is out of this world, what happened in Lagos state happened in the East during presidential election but you guys pretended as if it didn’t happen. We all have the videos…

And finally, for peace to reign, Igbos need to get the 4uck out of Yorubaland’s politics before it’s too late. No matter how much you tried to play it down as if you are part of us, it’s obvious we are not one and we ll never be, back off.

As a Nigerian, cast your individual vote as enshrined in our constitution but don’t come to our land and begin to threaten our interest with your “Block Votes”.

I agree..Preach. Nigeria and it's perchance for sick presidents.

Why would he country not be sick. Why?

The one going out had to be in cold room and switched with a Sudanese at the peak of his breakdown, the incoming one hasn't sat on the seat of power, he's already bent, dent, damaged, overused and running to and fro gasping for life. It's like Omisore contesting for political post from the prison cell.

We should just storm sick homes and begin to pick our leaders from critical units of hospitals

Nonsense

Atiku can hardly dance with his wife and not gasp for air. This was the situation I noticed when he was dancing with his life was that of a man fighting for his wife doing what should naturally be a pleasure-able thing.

Who cursed Nigerians with bad leaders ?

Nigeria is a country of bad followers. I listened to GRV spoke eloquently. I listened beyond his words and listened to his ideas, wisdom, intellect, mind and how I'll reply the crude yorubas who consider he's a misfit is that all yorubas abroad should not vote or be voted for anywhere they are outside SW.

These are the kinds of lies they tell you with proverbs/addages to stunt your progress in life.

Stand for truth. Another man's interpretation of your stand shouldn't determine your future.
Do you think you can make progress in life without an elderly advice?
Even in the bible, Rehoboam, the king of Israel, the son of Solomon refused elderly advice and ended up losing over 80% of his kingdom control.

GRV needs to connect to his people very well. He can't win any election in lagos without the support of the yorubas.

He should publicly apologize to them for all the derogatory utterances he made about yorubas over social media.

He should also rephrase that his 'I don't think in yoruba claim'.

He should go and learn yoruba language properly. Even an average non yoruba on the street understands and speaks yorubas fluently. It is very important if you really want to connect to people from the grass root especially as a politician.

It's too late!
That boy's blood is 95% igbo and 5% Yoruba.
He was brought up by his igbo mother so the igbo ways and custom is instilled in his DNA. You can perceive it from his tweets online. And it confirms his claims that he doesn't think in Yoruba

A 39 yr old person that can fluently speak his mother's native tongue but sounds like a toddler when speaking his fathers native language.

As far as Lagos election is concerned he's finished.

Absolutely .
Tinubu's healing talks smacks of pride. It is an ungodly and evil healing.

People are injured, people have died. The actors of the evil are walking free on the street . Not one word to bring them to book. He talks of healing.
Tinubu is evil . He will not be president of

Nigeria.

Very True!
When justice is denied, impunity persists ad infinitum!
The victims or their family members need to see the perpetrators meted severe punishment for their despicable deeds and not mere rhetorics of healing process which implies calling all the sociopolitical groups to a dinner and pose on camera with smiling faces while the real victims watch in anguish!

I thought this chinedu has a Yoruba father. The father needs to caution him over all his utterances because failure today does not mean failure forever but if he keeps on dwelling on failure and bitterness, he will never amount to anything in future election

I hope he listens, he's just making unguarded utterances (which even led to the uproar against him in the first place) he needs to be cautioned simply because no one knows what the future holds, another opportunity might come and all these will be used against him all over again. People are still talking about the 'afonja' and 'I don't think in Yoruba statement', you needed to see how riled up people were especially with the 'I don't think in Yoruba statement'

He lacks tact and diplomacy, which is an attribute of true Yoruba. You don't just open your mouth waaaa and talk anyhow especially as he is in the public eye. Even if he was brought up abroad, there's something called emotional intelligence na.

This is a good gesture from you but come to think of it, i believe you are doing this because you are expecting something in return (voters support). if you had been doing similar gestures under different circumstances long before now, then thumbs up for doing that. it would have been easier to win people's votes. But doing it with a political ambition is subpar for me. Thank you.

You're dishonest. People who have no path to victory should not be bothered in the first place because they're no threat.

If you see them as threat to the extent of manipulating the process, it clearly means they've path to victory
FarahAideed:
The elections even though marred with rigging in just about 7 percent of polling areas wass largely free and fair ..like I said before neither Obi of GrV ever had and path to Victory except in vibe world ..

The bolded is what made me conclude he is an arrogant and stupid person, who has hated his Yoruba heritage over the years but wants to ride on it now for political gain. A wise person will go on air and make a clarification and apology on his past social media posts that may have offended the sensibilities of Yorubas but the idiot just doesn't care. The Yorubas have replied him with their votes last weekend. He's finished as far as anything politics in Lagos.

My anger is with our Igbo folks making it sound like GRV is being persecuted by Yorubas cos his mum is Igbo, even when they know the truth. Governors Adeleke, Makinde and Akeredolu and Desmond Elliot all have familial affiliations with Igbos or South South yet they were massively supported by the same Yorubas. Shouldn't that tell some of these stupid people trying the make this GRV issue all about his Igbo mum that it isn't.

Never has any politician insulted Yorubas the way this GRV has done. Igbo politicians have been enjoying support from the same Lagos. None of them has insulted Yorubas like GRV does. Peter Obi got massive votes from Yorubas in Lagos, we've had Igbo people in both Lagos state and National assembly representing Lagos constituencies. Are you saying there are no Yorubas that supported them.

Nicely put!

This young man GRV need to calm down. He may have a good destiny but most often at times lack of wisdom and knowledge can derail destiny.

He has displayed alot of traits that will never give him a chair with the real kings makers.

Does he even to the working of the world...Freemasons, lodge, aborigines ogbonis, Mini jojos / oworowo. These folks are large percentage of the king makers.
