I opened a savings account with fidelity Bank online without a BVN, I base outside Nigeria.

I used my friend in Nigeria phone number and my email address for the opening of the account.

Please how can I withdraw the money in my account since I'm not in Nigeria?

Will the bank allow my friend with her phone number,my transactions email documents to withdraw the cash?

Or can the cash be withdrawn through the online fidelity Bank app without BVN?

You will need to physically visit the bank for documentation before you can make any withdrawal.. Even if your friend as you said visited the bank, the name you register with cannot correspond with her own because ID card will be required.. just find out if they have an outlet in the country you are so you can visit and submit the necessary document.. just be guided and don't be scammed pls.. remain blessed
