Sweet my belle, they are going down one by one. by the time he will return to Nigeria (if he doesn't get a life sentence) it's possible Obi would have fnished his tenures, there may not be a Nigeria, his kinsmen would have fought over his properties, the Nigerian govenrment would have seized more of his properties, his money launderers would have chopulated the monies only known to both of them, his concubines would have been taken over by other of his kinds, 'small boys' in politics today will become 'big' to him, Life would have thoroughly happened to him.

i wish Nigeria will get to the stage of having no untouchable, I just wish. Such will even be hard for Obi to achieve. The demons roaming Nigeria and well fed.

Pretty Sonia needed a Kidney transplant.

A 21 year old man was brought in from Lagos as the donor after matching kidneys were confirmed through a middle-man (a doctor who has been convicted with the Ekweremadus).

He was promised Β£7,000 pounds to sell his kidney.

At the hospital, the doctor in charge of the surgical operation interviewed the donor/victim.

One of the requirements for the surgery was that the donor can afford life-long medical care that comes with living with one kidney.

The donor/victim couldn't give assurances that he could afford life-long medical care and he wasn't briefed about the pros and cons of the process before he accepted to come to the UK.

The donor/victim walked into a police station and made a report.

Ekweremadu, his wife and the middle man doctor were arrested.

Under UK laws, organ donors are not to be paid for donating their organs. They are to do so voluntarily without charge.

The Modern Day Slavery Act enacted by parliament in 2015 was violated.

Ekweremadu, his wife and middle man doctor have been convicted.

They await sentencing which could be as severe has life imprisonment.

The donor/victim has been granted asylum because his safety in Nigeria cannot be guaranteed.

Pretty Sonia the sick girl has been discharged and acquitted by the court. She still hopes for a kidney donor.

The case is the first of its kind in the UK and the conviction is landmark achievement since the enactment of the Modern Day Slavery Act in 2015.

Sonia is so pretty, kind-hearted and harmless πŸ’•πŸ’•πŸ’•πŸ’•. I'm depressed. I feel for her. She'll live with the guilt of destroying her own parents 😒😭😭😭

E b things. Very soon, Nigerian politicians and their evil structure will start evading the west. Oyibo go rubbish you. When the news broke out, lots of nairalanders were insulting the boy. I knew the Ike ekweremadus were in for a long case. Scotland yard police don't come up with allegations anyhow, they must have had all evidences on ground. See the way the ekweremadus denied the whole thing not knowing the police knew that Dr obeta charged Β£8,000 as agent fee. The yeye lady who served as interpreter too saying David was autistic. When you can identify autistic patient by physical and interactive session which the Royal Free hospital doctor had with the boy and instantly knew something was a miss. Ike Ekweremadu's conviction is the first of its kind in the United Kingdom. He violated the Modern Day Slavery Act.

Organ donations shouldn't be made for money. It should be free and the donor should be able to afford life-long care.

He may be sentenced to life imprisonment.
Am sure the police used a novice recruit to bust them. Police don sharply extract chat messages grin

No, my dear, she didn't destroy her parents. Her parents made a choice that destroyed them. They would've done this process legally.

Nigerian politicians are used to shadiness and illegality and they took it to another country and got burned.

Even the claim that David was autistic makes matters worst because people with autism are disabled and handicapped and they're highly protected by the law in the West.

If they would've established David was autistic Ekweremmadus would've been heading to a harsher sentence like death penalty.

Organ donor is donated. It's not purchased.
Monetary compensation is as the same as luring people to sell their organs. And poverty can trigger people to this behavior not understanding they need a lot of money to maintain their lives afterwards. One of the highlights of the verdict is- they didn't put into consideration his Healthcare maintenance after the organ was removed.

However, if they want to purchase an organ, he can do so from any organ bank across the globe 🌎 and he's too rich to get that done.

But why spending more when they can grab a poor desperate Nigerian youth off the street?

I totally agree πŸ‘
This is embarrassing Nigeria πŸ‡³πŸ‡¬
We trend on global platform for very wrong reasons.

I love the timing of the verdict coming on the back of terroristic election. So, the world can fully understand the extent of our politicians' criminality.

Karma is teal.

-Very good. Give the criminals life sentences.

-And please I appeal to the MET Police to beam more torchlights on other politicians visiting the UK for health tourism and other shady deals.

-The US, and the European Union should also take note. These shameless, thieving politicians should not be allowed to get away with the atrocities they cause all over Nigeria and Africa as a whole.

-Those houses are proceeds of crimes. The houses need to be sold and the victim adequately compensated. The tax payers money used in prosecuting the case also need to be recovered.

Instead of people to feel sorry for themselves they are feeling sorry for him
That money would pay the annual salary of over 300 professors in Nigeria
But then Nigerian universities are not good enough for his family

-She was lucky to escape jail. There was one WhatsApp chat where she was sent pictures of "donors" and she replied; "I prefer the darker one, the lighter one looks like he will run away". That's synonymous to buying a slave in the slave market. Sonia is an adult, studying for her masters degree in Newcastle University, so she knows exactly what is going on and she goes along with it- that's perverting the course of justice and collusion.

-But Feminists why always desiring a man's organ or blood during medical emergencies, instead of your fellow females/Feminists?
