Appreciation....

With solemn Joy from my heart, I wish to extend my profound gratitude to my Brother's and Sisters, Friends and Families, close ally and well wishers who stood by my side throughout this prolonged journey of our Electoral process in Enugu State....

First in my life I made such a public stand in an electoral process. Though calculated very well against the wish of my close friends and ally from the same region and geopolitical zone, hence the attack and difficulty in selling my preferred Candidates, most qualified and most equipped...

Yet I never saw it as weakness neither do I see it as falling out of ally with my close friends, rather I found it as a healthy competition.....

First in the history of Enugu to my best knowledge we are having such a healthy and engaging competition in our political race... It was interesting to note that I enjoyed the process though it stretched and left me most of the time in an undetermined fever but I think we are closer to our desired democracy....

I want to thank all who stood by my side, those who encouraged me, those who adviced me, and even those whom I competed against, those who engaged me constructively and also those who engaged me destructively. At the end the will of God prevailed....

To those I may have impressed during this process thank you for believing in me. To those I may have stepped on their toes during this process please forgive me, I never intended to hurt any, I just wanted such Enugu that may work for me and you...

As we are done with the Electoral process, it's time for Governance no matter what happens, it's essential that if all we have fought for or all we are fighting for happens to be a new Enugu of our choice, that we should come together irrespective of our political affiliation and help in building such Enugu we shall be very proud of...

My prayer is that a new Enugu is possible, Enugu shall work again... Our Tomorrow shall be greater than our Today.... Thank you and God bless us all....
