I remembered the laughable drama between Lagos and Kano

While Kano was doing everything to beef up the numbers by inviting people across the border, Lagos was insisting on forced sit at home campaigns to clamp people in their houses and count them by force. I think Kano later defeated Lagos with about 9.2 million residents declared to grab more federal allocation which will be stolen.
