Is over 3months since I apply for my international passport online from home before going to custom office for capture. Other applicants has already received theirs but my is being delay . Could this be because I used the online application. Is they any way to speed the process. ? Your suggestions will be highly appreciated |

Nothing is wrong with online, it’s the perfect way. Go to the center you did your capturing , it might be there waiting for pickup. Even if you pay anybody, it will still be done through the process you used. So calm and go there to check |
