I really don't understand what the newly elected governor of Akwa ibom State, meant when he promised to give his people Happy Hour.

Is he talking about endless supply of beer and other refreshments (as seen online) or provision of employment and other basic infrastructures in Akwa ibom.

Cos what Akwa ibomites need is empowerment and not free beer with peppersoup

I think if properly harnessed,it has tourism potential.
